
The Neumann Management Colloquium is a state of the art process for evaluating professional competences along with selected aspects of the personalities of the candidates and managers in the commercial setting.
The Neumann Management Colloquium consists of two core components:
1. Professional Audit
2. Personality Appraisal
The Professional Audit serves to determine a large number of competencies that can be important for management careers and continued professional development.
In the Personality Appraisal complementary attributes of personality and character are elicited.
The evaluations are carried out in the form of structured interviews with two consultants present in each case.
