Helmut Neumann is both founder and Chairman of NP Neumann & Partners GmbH and the Neumann Leadership Group.

He has over three decades of experience of exploring new markets and is widely respected for pioneering executive search operations all over Europe, most notably in the CEE countries where he successfully established market-leading positions throughout the region.

Helmut has always been able to attract top professionals within the HR consulting field and is once again trailblazing new paths with the aim of becoming the No. 1 provider.

Prior to embarking on his career in executive search, Helmut had held a management position within the paper- & packaging industry.

He holds a Law degree from Vienna University and is fluent in German and English.
