Consultant Biographies

As well as being one of the main shareholders, Hans Jorda has been CEO and Managing Partner of NP since January 2004, working from the company’s HQ in Vienna, Austria.

While having successfully served clients in all lines of business, Hans’ main focus today is on the industry, automotive & energy, consumer goods and retail sectors. He has a proven management track record with highly successful international key players in our industry, developing new regions on their behalf and integrating new offices into their networks. Being one of the members in charge of the worldwide expansion of several consulting companies, Hans was a highly reputed member of the European Management Committees and worldwide Boards in our business.

After starting his professional career in the automotive industry, he soon became involved in executive search in 1984. He was promptly appointed to managing local and regional consulting offices, developing executive search services in the new markets of Central and Eastern Europe as early as 1988/89.

Hans studied law at the University in Vienna and obtained his postgraduate degree at Harvard University. He is fluent in German, Danish and English.
