Consultant Biographies

Rudolf Mueller joined Neumann & Partners in 2004, is based in Munich and is Managing Director for Germany.

He has been working in the executive search industry for nearly 20 years now and has accumulated extensive executive search experience within the life sciences & healthcare as well as industry, automotive and energy sectors. Because of his long lasting professional experience as consultant, he commands an excellent know-how in the market and respective network. His regional focus is on Germany and Western Europe.

Since graduating in Economics, Rudolf has been working in the industry for more than ten years – the last three years prior to moving into the executive search business as Sales Director for Germany.

He speaks fluent German and English and can converse in French.
