Consultant Biographies

Hélène Krieff is a Managing Partner. Based in Hong Kong she is in charge of the Asia Pacific region for NP.

Hélène is the global head of the NP Industry, Automotive & Energy Competence Centre. In Asia she also leads a retail & sourcing practice. Hélène has an extensive knowledge and understanding of the Asia region gained over the last 14 years. Thanks to her recognized people strengths, she adds value to clients and candidates by properly assessing and challenging needs versus profiles.

Prior to moving into executive search, Hélène spent six years working in sales & marketing within the medical devices industry and 11 years in investment banking (UBS and Goldman Sachs) where she successfully managed projects and operations.

Hélène holds a Master's degree in Private Law from the University of Tours, France, and a postgraduate degree in Criminology & Penal Law. She also studied Coaching and conducts courses on leadership, personal development, career management and leading changes. Hélène speaks fluent French and English and can converse in Russian.
