Consultant Biographies

Gary Mackney is a partner of Neumann & Partners and is based in our Frankfurt office.

He leads NPs global Legal & Professional Services Competence Centre and is Co-Managing Director of our dedicated business unit, Neumann Legal.

Gary has over 20 years experience in the specialist field of legal search & selection in the UK, Australasia, in the DACH region and throughout CEE. He is permanently based in our Frankfurt office and is active globally. 

Prior to moving into search, Gary held office at the Union of Students at Sheffield Hallam University, one of the UK’s largest corporate student bodies. 

Gary graduated from Sheffield Hallam University in 1989. He also studied at the Institut D’Etudes Politiques in Bordeaux and at Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität, Bonn. Apart from his native English, he is fluent in both German and French.
