Consultant Biographies

Fariman Felisa joined NP in September 2008 to set up the Paris office, where she currently is Managing Director. In addition she is Competence Centre Leader “Consumer/Luxury Goods & Retail”. She has gained more than twenty years of executive search experience across a variety of sectors focusing predominantly on her expertise as Competence Leader and industry.

Fariman brings in-depth knowledge across a broad range of functional expertise. She has gained extensive experience in cross-border search assignments and has an in-depth knowledge of cultural fit analysis. Fariman leads searches in Middle East and Africa.

Formerly with Danone Group as VP Executives Development & International Sourcing, she was responsible for the top 200 senior executives worldwide and for the group’s high potentials for senior positions. Prior to that, she was a Partner at Korn/Ferry International and AT Kearney Executive Search.

Fariman has a Persian heritage and was brought up in France and in the UK. She holds a Postgraduate Degree in Clinical Psychology from Université René Descartes and an MA in English from Université Paris III.
