Consultant Biographies

Anja Reifeneder-Koestlinger joined NP Neumann & Partners in 2003 and works as a Client Director. She is based in Salzburg, Austria.

Anja has extensive experience in many sectors. She specialises in consumer goods, retail, industry and board services and has worked in the executive search industry for 25 years. She has a rich source of contacts and knowledge within the field.

Before joining NP she served successfully at another international executive search group as a Partner.

Prior to moving into executive search, Anja worked as a lawyer and barrister.
Anja studied Law at the University of Goettingen where she obtained her Master’s degree. Her mother-tongue is German and she is fluent in English.
